Your life doesn’t fit one template. Your planner shouldn’t either.

Build a personal planning system around your goals, responsibilities and routines. Start with AI guidance, or create it your way.

RevereOS Builder, $97 a year. Try the interactive example first, no account needed.

A RevereOS planner’s Overview: today’s three tasks from different areas, a design-course goal with its milestones, and daily habits, with Business, Learning and Personal areas in the sidebar.

The planner

A planning system that makes sense for you.

RevereOS turns what you’re juggling into one workspace: a space for each area of your life, and one place to see what matters today.

The Business area of the same planner: a product-launch project with its progress, next to this week’s tasks.
  • A space for each area

Your business, your studies, your home: each gets its own area with the parts it needs.

  • What you’re working toward

Goals with milestones and projects with their tasks, so long-term plans stay in view.

  • What matters today

Every planner has a Today: the three things you chose, and what’s planned and due.

  • Yours to adjust

Rename, rearrange and restyle it as your life changes.

Why it’s hard

Your plans are scattered. Your attention doesn’t have to be.

Everything lives somewhere different.

Tasks, goals, routines and responsibilities end up spread across too many places.

Templates don’t always fit.

A layout can look good and still miss how your days actually work.

The system becomes another task.

Time goes into reorganizing the planner instead of using it.

RevereOS brings them into one planning system, shaped around what you’re actually managing.

How it works

From what you need to a planner you use.

  1. 01 Describe

    Tell RevereOS what you’re organizing.

Your goals, responsibilities or routines, in a sentence or two, then a few short questions. Prefer to set it up yourself? Start from a simple layout or a blank page.

A discovery question: what would help you most right now, with four answers to choose from.
    What you need
  2. 02 Shape

Review and adjust the proposed system.

See the suggested areas and modules, change what doesn’t fit, and approve it when it’s right. Nothing is created before that.

A proposed planner before it is created: an Overview with Today, a goal and habits, and tabs for each area.
    The proposed system
  3. 03 Use

    Start working with your planner.

Tasks, goals, habits and projects, with a Today for each planner. Plan My Day suggests a plan for the day; you decide what to keep.

A planner’s Today: three chosen tasks, one already done, each marked with its area.
    Your working planner

One system. Different ways to use it.

The same planner holds very different work. Here are the three areas from the example.

Running a business

Projects with their tasks and status, so the launch and the weekly work sit side by side.

A project card: Prepare product launch, active, one of three tasks done.

Learning something new

A goal measured by milestones, with the next steps planned.

A goal, Complete a design course, measured by three milestones, the first one finished.

Building better routines

Habits on their own schedules, with the last two weeks at a glance, and routines with steps.

Two habits on their own schedules, each with a streak and the last two weeks of days.

You choose the areas and what goes in them. RevereOS can suggest a start; you decide what stays.

Themes

Make it feel like yours.

Each planner has its own look. Choose from six themes, then adjust type, corners and spacing. Arrange and resize its modules, and organize your areas.

Try the themes in the example

  • The planner’s Overview in the Still theme.

    Still Quiet, minimal, balanced

  • The planner’s Overview in the Hearth theme.

    Hearth Warm, cozy, personal

  • The planner’s Overview in the Afterdark theme.

    Afterdark Focused, atmospheric, contemporary

Can I create one without AI?

Yes. Start from the essentials layout or a blank planner, and add areas and modules yourself.

Can I change my planner later?

Yes. Add, remove, move and resize modules, rename and reorder areas, and change the theme whenever you like.

Can I see an example before signing up?
