Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ezekiel Chidiebere Osi, trading as RevereOS ("RevereOS", "we", "us") for your use of RevereOS: the website at www.revereos.app, the RevereOS app and related services. By creating an account or using RevereOS, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use RevereOS.

Effective date: 7 November 2026.

1. Who can use RevereOS

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. When you create an account, you confirm that you agree to these terms by ticking the box on the sign-up form, and we record which version you accepted and when. If you use RevereOS for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the planner. Give a valid email address, keep your password private, and tell us promptly at support@revereos.app if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Creating an account does not by itself give you access to the planner; that needs a subscription (section 6). Buying the Planner Creation Kit (section 7) does not include the planner, and a subscription does not include the Kit.

3. The service

RevereOS lets you build and use a personal planning system: planners organised into areas, with modules for goals, tasks, habits, routines, projects, notes, events and more, which you can arrange, theme and change.

We work to keep RevereOS available and your content safe, but we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid subscription includes, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and if you do not want to continue, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of the year you have paid for.

4. AI-assisted features

Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest a planner or other content. AI suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. They are not professional advice of any kind. Nothing is added to your planner unless you accept it, and you are responsible for what you choose to use. AI features are subject to usage limits, which we set to keep the service sustainable and may change. They are not unlimited. How AI requests are processed is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your content

What you put into RevereOS (your planners, entries and other content) belongs to you. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and back up the service for you, including sending parts of it to our AI provider when you use an AI feature. This permission ends when your content is deleted, apart from copies in backups until they expire.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to use it. Do not use RevereOS to store information you are not allowed to hold.

6. RevereOS Builder subscription

  • Price. RevereOS Builder costs $97 per year, plus any taxes that apply. The price is shown before you pay.
  • Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every year, and you are charged the then-current price on each renewal date, until you cancel. If the price goes up, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before your next renewal; if you cancel before that renewal, you will not be charged the new price.
  • Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for each subscription year.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Account, through "Manage billing". Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for a grace period of 7 days while the payment is retried or you update your payment method. If payment is not made by then, access to the planner ends until you subscribe again.
  • Refunds. Subscription payments are non-refundable once your paid access begins, except: where the law requires a refund; where a fault on our side meant you could not use RevereOS for a significant part of the period you paid for; where you were charged more than once for the same thing by mistake; or where we agree to a refund. To ask for one, write to support@revereos.app. This does not affect any right to a refund you have under the law that applies to you.
  • Legal right to cancel. If you are a consumer and the law where you live gives you a right to cancel a newly bought digital service within a set period (in the UK and the EU, 14 days from the day you subscribe), you can use that right by writing to support@revereos.app within that period. We will refund you as that law requires. Where the law allows, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the service you used before cancelling.
  • No free plan or trial. There is no free plan or free trial of RevereOS Builder unless we offer one to you in writing. A promotional code, if we give you one, applies only as stated with it.

7. Planner Creation Kit

The Planner Creation Kit ("the Kit") is digital content: a written method, prompts and examples for designing your own planner with an AI chat tool of your choice. It is separate from RevereOS Builder.

  • Price and payment. The Kit costs $17, paid once, plus any taxes that apply. It does not renew. The price is shown before you pay, and payment is processed by Stripe. You need a RevereOS account to buy it.
  • Delivery. When your payment is confirmed, the Kit appears in your Library in RevereOS. You can read it there whenever you are signed in and download a copy as a file. If it has not appeared within a few minutes of paying, write to support@revereos.app.
  • Your licence. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Kit for your own planning, and to keep copies for that purpose, including the file you download. You may adapt the prompts for your own use. You may not sell, share, publish, sublicense or redistribute the Kit or its prompts, in whole or in substantial part, including by posting them online or putting them in another product or course. What you create with the Kit, such as your answers, designs and planners, is yours.
  • 14-day refund guarantee. This is a voluntary guarantee we offer on top of your legal rights. If you are not happy with the Kit, write to support@revereos.app from the email address on your account within 14 days of buying it, and we will refund the full price to your original payment method. This applies even if you have opened or downloaded the Kit. When we refund you, your access to the Kit in RevereOS ends and so does your licence, so you must delete any copies you have made. The voluntary guarantee covers one purchase per person, so it does not cover buying the Kit again after a refund. That limit applies only to this guarantee: it does not limit any right to cancel, a refund or another remedy you have under the law that applies to you.
  • Outside AI tools. The Kit is used with AI chat tools made by other companies, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. They are not part of RevereOS and we do not provide them. Your conversations with them are governed by those companies' own terms and privacy policies; we do not see, receive or store them. Those tools may change, limit how much you can use them, charge for use or be unavailable, and we are not responsible for that. Do not share passwords, payment details, health information or other people's personal information with them.
  • No guarantee of results. The Kit helps you design a planner; it cannot guarantee a particular result. AI tools can give wrong, incomplete or unsuitable answers, and the same prompt can give different answers each time. Review what an AI tool gives you before relying on it. The Kit's format check runs in your browser and only says whether a reply meets RevereOS's technical rules, not whether it is right for you.
  • Updates and availability. We may improve the Kit; improvements are included at no extra charge. If we stop offering the Kit, buyers keep access to it in RevereOS for at least 12 months after we tell them, and can download it at any time during that period. This does not apply to an account that has been deleted, or where we must remove access to comply with the law or to protect the security of RevereOS or its users.
  • Your account. If you delete your RevereOS account, your record of buying the Kit is deleted with it and you lose access to the Kit in RevereOS. Download a copy first if you want to keep it.

8. When access ends

If your subscription ends, is cancelled or is not renewed, or if any complimentary access we gave you ends, you can still sign in, but using the planner needs an active subscription. This does not affect a Kit you have bought. We do not delete your account or content automatically when access ends. We do not promise to keep content indefinitely, and if we ever decide to delete inactive accounts, we will give you notice first and a chance to ask for a copy.

9. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law, or use RevereOS to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
  • try to access another person's account or data, or our systems, without permission;
  • probe, scan or test the security of RevereOS, or bypass its limits, except through a disclosure we have agreed to;
  • disrupt or overload the service, or use automated means to access it except as we allow;
  • copy, resell or build a competing product from RevereOS, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows;
  • upload malware, or content you have no right to share;
  • use AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content, or against our AI provider's usage policies.

10. Our property

RevereOS, including its software, design, templates, themes, text and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing. They do not give you any other rights in it.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using RevereOS at any time. You can ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

12. Disclaimers

RevereOS is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. RevereOS is a planning tool. It does not guarantee any outcome, and it is not medical, financial, legal or other professional advice. This section does not affect any guarantee the law gives you as a consumer, such as a right to have the service provided with reasonable care and skill.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away your mandatory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 where it applies. Subject to that:

  • we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control;
  • we are not responsible for loss of profits, business or business opportunity;
  • keep your own copy of anything important to you. We are responsible for loss or corruption of your content only where it was caused by our failure to use reasonable care;
  • our total liability to you for all claims relating to RevereOS is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred US dollars.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using RevereOS after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect, and if the change is to your disadvantage, we will refund the unused part of the year you have paid for. We may ask you to confirm that you accept new terms the next time you sign in. We keep a copy of every version we have published.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or RevereOS. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country where its law gives you that right. Before going to court, please write to support@revereos.app so we can try to resolve the problem.

16. General

These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about RevereOS. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, and your rights will not be reduced.
